restaurants - Ireland

We like Ireland and we like to visit it at least twice a year. Great scenery, great history, great hospitality and some great eating and drinking establishments. There's no substitute for drinking Guinness in Ireland (it's the water, you know!) or anything else for all that matters, as long as you are in good local company.

Although Dublin has the buzz of one of the most swinging cities in Europe, there is still the feeling of unhurried life about one and coupled with the legendary Irish hospitality, makes for some of the most relaxing days you will ever encounter. We do try and seek out those establishments which have a passion for what they are doing and we give you a little sampler here. We will keep you updated after our next trip, and the next, and the next, and the next...
